Pros (+) Amazing hotel! Super friendly and informative staff, great facilities, very comfortable beds, and a very powerful shower (which is what we needed after our volcano hike).

Pros (+) The beds were super confortable . Cleaness is 100% Two pools to choose from , normal one and more adults and quite one. The staff was amazing. Response from room service 100% Parking logistics are good
Cons (-) I would have prefered bottle water inside our room and the towels and robe could be a bit bigger,
