Really clean, beautiful location, staff super friendly, amazing pool and really good location
Nothing! We loved our stay :)
Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, the food was equally as good. Great location and excellent value for money. A very relaxed atmosphere and friendly all around.
Too many monkeys made using our private pool and patio area impossible. Old and worn towels. The room safes often didn’t work properly and one was not even secured to the wall. There were no soft sun bed covers/mattress.
The property is great value for money and we felt the breakfast range matched our expectations. The pool is deep (2m) with 3 roofed double sun beds and loungers with parasols. Adult only days were calm and peaceful. The shuttle service was a great addition; we took the 5om into Ao Nang most evenings. The last return shuttle is at 7.20pm. It costs 200bt for a local taxi. Staff are welcoming; rooms ...
This property has family rooms but families on site can dominate the pool; there are no break out areas. If you publish rules which state no jumping or diving this should be enforced. We prefer designated non smoking sites around the pool when guests’ sun beds are close to each other. There is no on-site massage service or ability to requests this on site. There is no late check out facility-paid ...Read more
Absolutely stunning ❤️ this hotel is amazing, the best stay I've ever had - rooms are clean, perfect location surrounded by nature and monkeys ☺️ staff is really helpful and food was delicious 🤤 would definitely recommend ❤️
The BEST place we have ever stayed. The staff was incredible and friendly. The rooms were updated and so nice. Loved being in a villa over the water. We watched monkeys every day (we were safe, they did not attack) the elephant shelter is next door so we got to feed and bathe them. This hotel has the best staff, best grounds, best location, and some of the best food we had in Thailand for the 4 ho...

Lovely setting, peaceful environment
Nothing, but monkeys could be a little bit of a challenge
The most stunning hotel, set away from the busy centre of Ao Nang. Loved the fact they offer a free shuttle into the centre, this made it easier to get around. Food was lovely, staff were very helpful.
Great hotel, nice and helpful staff, breakfast could be better and more thai style
The location was beautiful. A bit further away from the beach & night market, it is ideal if you did want somewhere a bit more peaceful and relaxing. They also offer a shuttle which is fab. The monkeys kept us so amused running on our balcony. They offered free kayaking which I loved. You are also right next door to an elephant sanctuary so we saw elephants on our morning walk to breakfast.
It just looked a little rough around the edges. Our drying rack on our balcony had broken off and never been replaced prior to our stay, the main entrance area was lined with fake grass and the breakfast area left a bit to be desired.
Hotel staff was very friendly, they were very attentive to our needs. The beds were comfy and the hotel is very quiet, the sorroundings allow you to disconnect from the busy towns nearby.
Breakfast was a total disappointment. Coffee was terrible and if you wanted a normal coffee you had to pay for it. Even the fruit at breakfast was very poor and this is Thailand! you have mangoes falling from the trees and we didn't even get that. Food at the breakfast buffette was of very cheap quality, I skipped breakfast a couple of days. the rooms are quite rundown and when we reached the room...Read more
