Pros (+) Everyone, especially Mr Oytun and the lady at guesrelations (forgot her name unfortunately) were really helpful, they were all going beyond in their role, which was a nice suprise. We really enjoyed our stay. We got a nice room with a beautiful Ankara scenery. Everything was neat, clean and new. Lastly, hotel is in a decent neighbourhood.

Pros (+) Staff were very friendly and caring to us, they upgraded our room as a compliment. At the day when we were leaving, time in the room was extended. Breakfasts were pretty tasty and various. As a bonus, lobby-bar is spacious and pleasant to spend time in❤️🙌🏻
