Awful room , not private , most staff were lovely but some really were disinterested .
The staff were the most impressive I have ever experienced. Kind, considerate, professional yet friendly, and ready to make your stay even better.
Location is fantastic - quiet beach - yet close enough to all amenities of Grace Bay; Grace Cottage right next door is also a bonus. The placement of the property behind the dunes is fantastic and whoever designed this place should take a bow. The size of the property is also not overwhelming which is what we like, smaller type of resorts. Looking forward to being back.
There is never a good time to renovate the property; while we stayed at Point Grace it seems some of the adjacent rooms were being updated so you could def hear drilling etc. although it was not all day by any means.

Some pool area repair noise. They need to maintain the facilities so we get it. Would have been nice if they offered some complimentary mimosas or something else during this period.
The beach is fantastic. The hotel rooms met our expectations and were very spacious and clean. The AC was top notch. The location was relatively central to everything on Grace Bay. You could easily bike to the stores/restaurants or take a short cab ride (although expensive for the short rides).
The service overall was not good. They lost one of our parties reservations and made them feel unwelcomed bc they couldn't find their reservation but when they finally did find it, they were respectful and kind to them. The resort was small and comfortable, steps to beach , pool & restaurant. Close to town shops. Ocean View from room was fantastic.
Pool bar lunch menu was good but could have offered more selections of food. Not a deal breaker.
This property exceeded my expectations. First, the property is a small house with great amenities. It has the small cottage charm with modern flair. It is roomy and separate enough to give you an at home feel. The cleaning staff was consistent and covered all bases. They need to update the door locking system to card keys. The key is the only lock and it is a little old fashion. I would love to beach service when you are on the beach. They need to check on you more.Read more
The suite was amazing - and amazingly beautiful. It feels more like a home on the beach than any of the big corporate hotels. Beach, pool, spa treatments, sand, temperature - everything was just so perfect.
Location was excellent and the room was beautiful! Very comfortable and clean. The staff were amazing and very friendly!
