The property is so well maintained and organized. Pictures dont do it a justice. Our apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Swimming pool area is very nice and clean, offering a shadow at all times of a day. Located in the middle of olives and wine yards, with amazing views. Very nice and undestubed, the pool was never crowded, actually we had it alone on several occasions. The room and facilities was very clean. The owner and other personnel was very Friendly.
The beds were really hard. This was the reason for the discomfort level score.
They felt like sleeping on concrete. Gave everyone a sore back.

Gianluca was wonderful, a great help. My husband left his jacket behind by accident and he personally delivered it all the way to Florence! Also had a stroller to loan us when ours was stuck in transit. The property is in a really beautiful location, minutes away from a huge co-op in Empoli.

Lack of outside space in apartment e.g balcony or terrace. Also kitchen facilities mediocre in quality and quantity.
