Pros (+) The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We did miss a dining table, but managed. It would be nice with a little oven too. Excellent location and the rest of the hotel is perfect.

Pros (+) Breakfast was great with a very good and professional waiter. The Bad Harzburg area near the Burgberg is very nice. We had a spacious room and would like to return in the future!
Cons (-) We would have appreciated a restaurant in the hotel; however going up the mountain with the Seilbahn to dine in the other Plumbohms location was a very exciting experience. It was strange that paying for the restaurant for a group of 4 people was only possible with cash, which we hadn't. Finally the persuaded the waiter to charge our hotel bill.
