Clean, comfortable and a restaurant onsite. Perfect for our needs
The vehicle drop off and pick up is a bit chaotic but manageable.
The location was perfect. We are local and have stayed at this property for many years for Fiesta activities.
We were terribly disappointed in the lack of Fiesta decor. There was not a wreath or a ribbon in sight. Fiesta week is a big deal in San Antonio and it was insulting that this hotel with a long, rich history chose to ignore it. We plan to move to a different hotel next year. Walking distance to downtown was great. Very clean. Updated. Spacious.
Got the garden view but couldn't enjoy the balcony because every night of my stay was a late event being held in the garden.

My reservation includes breakfast and the hotel charged me for breakfast. I have not received a response from the hotel yet.

The layout of the room was a little weird
even though it’s in the middle of all the construction once you enter the property its truly an oasis. I was there for three days and I didn’t even want to leave the property. so I ate all my meals there, and enjoyed the beautiful pool. the handicap accessible room was still a little lacking. the bars in tub aren’t placed well for entering and exiting. it would be nice if the rooms had a microwave. eating cold leftovers was not pleasant.Read more
Everything we needed for a getaway in one place.
They checked us in super late. Around 5:30 pm. Our requested crib/pak n play was not granted.
Was beautiful! Clean! Rooms were great! I loved the balcony and garden view
I like the walking distance. Everything was convenient.
The events held. Didn’t sleep because of the nosy.
