The hotel has a very interesting design and style, but I don't think it’s worth the price. The rooms are quite tiny and dark. I had a view of the bins, which wasn’t pleasant. You can hear your neighbors very clearly through the walls. The pool is not really for swimming; it’s more for refreshing, as the water only comes up to your knees. The location isn’t the best—it's quite far from the old town...

The size of the room for our family was wonderful! We love the view and location. Room was clean. I would have liked new water bottles daily.
Unfortunately, we rented a family suite and had to pay extra for our kids to stay with us. The website advertises the roof top pool and bar. The roof top was closed for remodel. It would have been nice to know this when booking.
Location and staff. The Hotel is within walking distant of all of the cultural and food establishments that make Florence such a special place to visit. Right across the street from the Aron River and across the river to Piazzale Michelangelo with a view of the beautifully lite Tower. At the same time you can look down the river to the Ponte Vecchio. My reservation was for 2 connecting rooms but the hotel gave me 1 suite which is cheaper than the 2 rooms which is a scam
Rooms were clean. Location was very good. Room was spacious.
Shower was small. Cleaning services were not up to standard. Not all staff members were welcoming.
