One restuarnt made a mistake on the pasta and poured coffee instead of the pasta sauce, Disaster but the chef came to apologise himself together with the waiter. Good service

There was some construction work going on with some noise but that will be over soon.

Exquisite luxury through and through. The spa treatment is a MUST as they provide you with the entire spa villa and not just a room. We stayed only 1N and booked the Borobudur Villa. Didnt have much time to enjoy the room or the resort so I recommend staying at least 2N.
The food could be improved, satay beef and chicken quite hard, the duck also quite hard.

Dislike: 1. They are in the middle of construction and all villas are only reachable by car, which makes things very hard and annoying. Check in is at the sister resort Heritage and that's also where the cars will pick you up. 2. The beautiful view that is the reason most people stay at this hotel is covered by construction. 3. One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in (and I’ve stayed in many!). The room was superb, the location incredible, and the view of the temple in the middle of the jungle was mesmerizing. All the staff were very polite, and the manager was both attentive and friendly.
The only downside was that my stay was way too short! The only downside! 😆
The property’s unique location and marvellous scenery/views. Our villa was stunning, with a decent size pool and well maintained throughout. The complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely touch and the staff were excellent.
