Very well appointed and stylish hotel in an excellent location just outside the center of Zwolle. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. There is also secure (paid) parking on site which was useful.
Whilst the room has a lovely bathroom, the lights are a little dim.

Even if it is not located in the historical old town, it is only few mins walking away and in an elegant street, so not really a negative 😉
Everything was absolutely perfect. Superb location near the station and centre of this beautiful Hanseatic town. The hotel itself was perfect in every way

Design of the hotel, quality of the fittings and furniture.
The hotel is lovely. Located in a quiet tree-lined street a short walk from the canal and the station. Decorated in subdued tones you are bound to find a sofa or armchair to rest and have a drink. The Coperto restaurant is amazing, at breakfast, lunch and dinner. But particularly relevant is the service!!! Absolutely outstanding.
The only thing I can think of is that the room was a bit dark and the lighting too dim.
Super location, walking distance from station and city centre. Very friendly staff, great food, super comfortable room and complete luxurious breakfast.
The location, ambience, service, rooms and food were all excellent.
There was nothing I didn't like.
