This is the only high range hotel in the city. The building is very beautiful, with nice communal areas including Ganga bathing facilities with lockers and bathrobes. Complementary activities (yoga, walking tours, etc). Very good breakfast.
Overall way too expensive for what you get. The service is attentive but feels somewhat amateurish.

The accommodation, food, and hospitality at this place are truly exceptional! I honestly didn’t want to leave. A special thank you to Hemant, Yamana, and Geerwut — a few of the incredibly friendly staff I had the pleasure of interacting with. Their service was absolutely outstanding. I’d go back in a heartbeat — highly recommended!

Heritage property at an excellent location to explore Haridwar and not too far from Rishikesh. We had a Ganga view room with the swimming pool right at our doorstep. The 'Welcome Ritual' was a heartwarming surprise for us. All staff and concierge were very professional and friendly. The hotel private evening aarti ceremony was an introduction to what to expect from the Har Ki Pauri evening aarti. ...
Oef! What is not to like?! It was absolutely a fantastic stay! A very spiritual place where every staff person is very helpful and soooo nice !! Ladies Himashri and Himanshi were superrrr! Very good breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Excellent hospitality , very clean ; good food The live flute session , the staff and warmth once could feel just made it memorable.
The Ganges bathing was very nice but they could clean it slightly better and work on the steps
Entire experience was divine and exceeded expectations
Couldn't book a river facing room due to non availability
