Staff were very helpful in moving us from an underground cave with steep steps down to the bathroom to a sizeable upper room on the level with a beautiful view, so the first day was problematic while the second was superb. Transport to and from the garage was very efficient.

Beautiful renovation of an old building! Rooms are beautifully furnished with contemporary style and the attention to detail was outstanding! Also dog friendly. Would definitely return and recommend this hotel. Parking is not allowed in the old town so the hotel arranged for valet parking service and we were transported in a shuttle bus. This place gets it! It was so nice checking in and staying at hotel that clearly gets it. The room was great… high ceilings, spacious, high quality fixtures, great shower…. I was really impressed with the layout and quality fixtures, and it made all the difference in this stay. I’ll be back!

The hotel is in the best place in the town. Everyhing is within easy reach. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was wonderful.
Excellent modern hotel built into the Sassi caves. Large rooms with open space and very nice furniture. Very friendly staff.
We loved absolutely everything about this property. Xavier the Hotel Receptionist attended us with so much care and tried his best to organize activities such as cooking classes for us. The rooms are very carefully designed with so much attention to detail. Don’t miss the cisterns in the Lobby area. Sadly they were not filled with water due to maintenance. There was nothing negative about the Hotel what’s o ever. What needs to be mentioned is, that you can’t directly park your car at the hotel. There is planned Shuttle Service bringing you from the carpark to the Hotel and back.Read more
