The whole experience was absolutely amazing.
Great room, perfect location to visit Chiang Mai , full of charm, 5 stars Level hotel services for a very good price. Lot of attention such as free bike, free 15 min daily massage, free snack time at 16h. Exceptional SPA. We could not have asked for more. Highly recommendable.
The price of the excursion proposed by the hotel is very hight. Perhaps thing about proposing an entry level option

Nicely played out, quiet little hotel. The room was big with a big bathroom that had a hot tub but unfortunately it never worked. Some free drinks and snacks in the room and some you needed to pay for. Also got a free head and neck massage when we arrived.
Beautiful flowers. Cosy room and nice restaurant on site
I wished there was a sign saying we had to book activities for the cultural programme by 6pm the day before. We ended up missing out on what would have been a very nice experience

Great place to stay in Chiang Mai, would definitely stay here again! Rooms very spacious, clean and accommodating. Breakfast was also good, wide variety of choices and very nice cappuccino!! Employees were very attentive, friendly and helpful! Especially the lady who helped us with the arrangement of a late visit to Elephant Nature Park + our drop off for our rental car!! 1 star less due to the lower attention on the pool maintenance. It was very noticeable, that the pool area wasn’t cleaned in the 4 days we stayed there. Except for the removal of the food/drinks of the tables, the floor was not clean and the chairs had stains of food + birds. It’s really a pity as the swimming pool is really beautiful!Read more

Lovely place and if I had to stay here for 4 weeks it wouldn't be at all unpleasant. That said, there is something missing that I can't quite put my finger on. Release was great as was the snacks free snacks from 1400-1530 daily and a few free snacks in the room. Daily 10 minute massage was complimentary and was great. Located right in old town. Close to a lot of 7-11’s.
