Very well located to Petra main gate. Lovely roof terrace. Rooms good size with a good selection of complimentary amenities. Staff very helpful and the GM helped resolve an issue with the spa very quickly. Salah at breakfast and Mohamed at reception were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend the hotel to friends.
The spa was not quite to the standard we would expect. The food was average.
The location is a short walk from Petra. The beds and pillows are super comfy for a good night sleep after tiring tour.
The pool are closed very early.
I really wanted to give a glowing review, because the staff were so friendly and helpful… convenient location, underground car park, clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast and special Pancakes.
Location - yes it’s convenient but it’s also up a steep if short hill - the last thing you want after a day at Petra. Pool was freezing when I tried it and no pool cafe open (at Easter). Be aware that only a handful of hotels at Petra have an alcohol licence.
Excellent location, brilliant food, fantastic facilities and great staff.

Incredibly close to Petra's visitor center. Very nice terrace with rooftop pool. Kind staff and helpful.
The quality of the food for dinner - buffet served on the terrace - was average for its price. The restaurant inside the hotel with a la carte menu was OK.
Wonderful hotel, great location, great jacuzzi on the roof, great breakfast food and most important - staff! Amazing people working there, Salah was so attentive and polite during our breakfast.
Only thing I find unusual - there is no toilet brush in the bathroom. And also there is no little shower to rinse the toilet. And toilet stays dirty. Please fix this, it's unacceptable for a 5 start hotel not to have a toilet brush!!
The room was clean and very well appointed. The bathroom was spacious and well thought out, with plenty of counter space and a nice shelf in the shower for toiletries.
The room was nice and comfortable, and the location was perfect and right across Petra.
Everything was perfect
-new hotel -excelent new and fresh rooms -fantastic location across Petra Visitor Center -great and helpful staff
-no alcohol in hotel -not heated pool (but they have heated jacuzzi)
Great location, right near the entrance to Petta, really nice staff, wonderful breakfast buffet, and very nice rooms. The rooftop pool was also beautiful, but it was unfortunately too cold to use it.
