The bed mattress not comfortable for sleeping
Place was had perfect view top of the hill..
The breakfast was excellent as were all the meals. The staff were all extremely courteous and the whole stay was excellent.
The building works next door were rather an eyesore.
The best location at Petra with a nice view . The staff is very helpful , especially Mr Marwan who is the best and most efficent receptionist i have met sofar . He has been so helful to all my inquiries that i feel the need to thank him publicly . The dinner at AL MATAL TENT was very delicious . Very nice experience
We happened to have rooms at ground floor by the pool , which is not the best place of the Hotel .
The property was great value for money, and all the staff were very accomodating!
The hotel is quite tired and dated - but that’s reflected in the cost you pay.

Building looks tired. Partition wall between rooms 309 and 310 no privacy. Excellent response by staff recognising the issue and changing room immediately. Downstairs lovely spacious room but shower tray leaking. Unfortunately with great staffs they are not getting best benefits due to tired building. Not new extended complex under construction

We loved the Bedouin party held outside dinner time. The food was exceptional, and we especially loved the breakfast buffet. The staff was very kind and warmly welcomed us and tended to our needs of transportation, and other small items. The view was great , the staff were BEYOND excellent going above and beyond for us . However , the hotel is a bit rundown and the pool was really small . Breakfast was not amazing - not a great deal of choice there .
The facilities are old , break fast was lacking imagination , pool really small .
