An excellent base for visiting Petra. The hotel is new and modern, with all amenities one might expect. Beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms. Excellent communication from the reception team. They reached out to see if we have any special requests and they were happy to accommodate them. We would gladly stay at Petra Canyon Hotel should we visit Petra again.
Food in the main restaurant was fine but nothing to write home about. The buffet dinner in particular was slightly disappointing, however service was great.

Nice big room with amazing view over the Petra mountains We enjoyed our stay ,the food was delicious and the staff at the restaurant was nice. I do have to say that for the "open bar" you have to pay extra and the waiter didn't told us about it.
We would like to thank Mohammed at reception for the wonderful hospitality he displayed. We were upgraded to the presidential suite which was wonderful gesture. It had a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The pool area is very comfortable and we had a lot of fun. Mohammed gave us information about the Petra site route and helped us plan our journey. He really is the best!
Excellent view, wonderful vibe, modern yet culturally beautiful. Good gym, good pool area too. Excellent dinner Buffett, good breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly and would do anything to help. Small drive from the visitor centre and high up with a beautiful view at the front. Great place to stay that is not too crowded and I would certainly come back.
Only very small issue is that you also have to pay for a cup of tea even when you have purchased the breakfast buffet. Very minor issue though!
So friendly hotel staff and the room was so spacious. The best shower I had and the view is magnificent
I liked everything
Very nice, modern and clean hotel. All staff was helpful and smiling. Everything was perfect, including the view to Aaron tomb on the top of mountaint, where is worth to go.
The location was great and very close to Petra itself
The birthday treat they put was great but for extra 300AED with a cake was a bit extreme. The breakfast selection was not too great. One evening for dinner was £18 GBP each and was a lot for what they had to offer, we needed up breaching out and found a local restaurant for £15 both of us.
