Extraordinary historic building, in a wonderful part of Buda, friendly and helpful staff.
Terrace lights outside on the top floor were controlled from another room and prevented me from sleeping. Electric blinds did not function to cut out excess light. Hotel communication by email kept requesting confirmation which we had already given several times.
Location was excellent, all staff were very friendly. Breakfast was all fine.
Shower/Toilets doors were made of glass which were transparent! There was also an external door (with had a blind) the outside light was on throughout the night which kept us awake. One of the bedside lights was not working and despite telling the staff, this was not fixed.
Everything was exceptional. Slightly loud at times due to single-pane windows.
Location Helpful and friendly staff with a personable touch.

A bar for residence - but there is insufficient need so we understand why. But we could take a bottle of wine back to our rooms at a discounted rate - a great idea!
