The staff is very customer oriented. When I arrived my google map was pointing in the wrong direction and the receptionist came to fetch me on an electric bike. The property is modern, pleasant, well organised and well maintained. Emily in the reception area was extra helpful and friendly. She made our stay enjoyable. The river is just across the street. We got to enjoy the scenery in the morning before the crowds arrived.

The staffs are very nice. I personally thank for Sam Peng's great service. He was very helpful and kind. Great food at the hotel restaurant.
I asked for a non-smoking room but I found the room I stayed was not non-smoking room because I could smell it.
Amazing hotel, super well located, spacious rooms, with very friendly staff, specially Maya that speaks English and helps all the foreigners with her guidance and patience. 100% recommended if you go to Yangshuo. Special mention to the sky bar with a stunning view.

Walking distance 10 minutes from Cruise pier , interior design of the hotel and rooms , good breakfast with lots of variety, helpful and friendly staff.
