We stayed one night at this hotel in Sibiu and had an excellent experience. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful — although the hotel parking was full, he still managed to find a spot for us to park inside. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was great. Parking inside a gate which is closed at night! Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Very clean. Tea and instant coffee in the room. Very good breakfast. Short walking distance to at least 2 restaurants. Quiet street.
The staff at the reception was friendly. The guesthouse has free parking. The building's architecture is beautiful. The room was spacious and clean.
The hot water in the shower and sink was only lukewarm (to put it mildly). I checked in quite late, so by the time I wanted to shower, the receptionist had already left. I left early the next morning, so I didn't get a chance to mention the issue. On the bright side, the heating in the room worked perfectly.

We liked the location - very easy to reach by car but also not too far from the city center (a nice walk in a quiet neighborhood). We liked the private parking and the spacious room.

The breakfast was basic. Pay attention that there are rooms in the building and outside. In the outside rooms there is no WiFi and the cars parking are heard. It's 20-25 min walking to the centre of the town.
This property have some big and very clean rooms, we had the middle room with big balcony very relaxing and comfortable

The breakfast was yummy and a decent variety
During the shower the big shower head had fallen hurt my head . The facility did not had any supply to help to stop the bleeding in their emergency kit and there was no one at the reception.
Family friendly and the owner was very great and helpful.
