Pros (+) Spacious and quiet rooms, very serene and gorgeous hotel grounds, tasty breakfasts (and food in general), beautiful views of Pacaya, Acatenango and Fuego volcanos from cupola-studded rooftop.

Pros (+) The hotel is beautiful 😍 The decor, the design and the people who work there are all just beautiful ❤️. I loved the rooftop terrace bar and the wonderful seating area for meals. It was my first time in Guatemala and the breakfast had all of my cells excited 😊
Cons (-) We didn't have hot water for our first day, so that took a little getting used to. The hot water did kick in the second day and we had a bit more joy in our lives!

Pros (+) The hotel is beautiful, it is spacious and has wonderful common areas. the view from the terrace is beautiful! it is a little longer walk to the center than other options but its ok (if it doesn’t rain and the streets flood). i think it is a little pricey but the room is worth it.
Cons (-) The front desk personnel can be a little bit more welcoming… also, the air conditioner can work better.
