Beautifully decorated, very welcoming staff, delicious continental breakfast, fabulous location, an incredible nights sleep- waking up to silence/light sound of nature was very special. My partner’s birthday therefore little details of being wished happy birthday, hand written card and truffles were wonderful.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had the Garden Room, which was large and had views to the garden area which were nice despite a winter visit.
The service was outstanding. The use of lounge and drinks and snack area was very welcoming. The room was beautiful with lovely views and facilities. Fresh milk for tea and coffee. Breakfast was continental, but lovely and plenty of choice. Would definitely be going back.

Earlier check in time - 4pm is quite late - Particularly if you have to pick the key up somewhere else. Plain yoghurt and butter would have been good at breakfast
