like the bed location
staff at front desk were not friendly
A beautiful historic hotel in a great location . Friendly staff. Great restaurant and bar.
That the rooftop bar was closed for an event. I wished I could’ve experienced that.
Staff and housekeeping were amazing! The location is perfect - we walked everywhere and took the redline to most places.
There were two elevators out of the three and you had to wait sometimes up to 15 minutes for an elevator to be free and not filled with people and you couldn’t fit. Location was great! Walking distance to Chicago highlights, restaurants, and the river.
Front desk and Concierge were not welcoming, friendly, or helpful.
Location and the size of the room.
The noise that you could hear from the streets. It was hard to fall asleep and during the night I was woken up by the sirens from police and firefighters.
Good location, friendly staff, exceptional service. Art Deco style hotel but renovated and very clean. We had the stunning city view. Nice breakfasts in a cozy French-style cafe
