Pros (+) Staff and housekeeping were amazing! The location is perfect - we walked everywhere and took the redline to most places.
Cons (-) There were two elevators out of the three and you had to wait sometimes up to 15 minutes for an elevator to be free and not filled with people and you couldn’t fit. The sounds from the streets is crazy - we faced the street and it was so loud. From the fire trucks - to the protestors - to the honking. It was all night long.

Pros (+) The location was great. We had no issues walking almost everywhere. The building itself is incredibly beautiful with rich history. It was designed to look like a champagne bottle, and the top is even made out of real gold!
Cons (-) We feel mislead. This hotel certainly DID NOT feel like a two MICHELIN Key hotel. 1) "Included breakfast" is a lie. It's a breakfast "credit" we received of $60. According to my booking reservation, "Breakfast is included in the final price". No - it's not, you only get $60 and must pay beyond that.
