Peartree Hill was INCREDIBLE. By far the best B&B I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. Avril & Ian we’re phenomenal hosts, and they’ve put so much thought, detail & care into this. Breakfast was exceptional, the room was a dream! We loved this place so much and will be back!
We loved this place! The area was somewhat in the country, just outside of the city. The room was wonderful, and restful. The food was tremendous. We highly recommend this place.

The Welcome was superb ,very friendly , beautiful setting . Loads of natural light and superb views . Breakfast was 5 star quality . Would highly recommend this B & B . Sad that it was only for 3 nights 🙁

Contemporary design and friendly welcome. Layout offers privacy when wanted. Beautiful view through magnificent picture windows. Swooping swallows entertained.
There would have been room for a 6ft bed.

Avril was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. I had a the most delicious breakfast that was brought to my room in the morning, which was just one of the many nice little touches that made my stay feel like a home away from home. Beautiful scenery to wake up to as well! Can't wait to go back!
Avril & Ian were friendly and attentive during my stay. The room was very luxurious and comfortable and had beautiful views of the fields as well as Strangford Lough. Breakfast was very tasty and left me feeling fulfilled and ready for the day ahead. The stay was relaxing and enjoyable and I hope to stay again in the future, in this wonderful location.
The location is perfect for exploring Belfast and the surrounding areas. Situated on a high point in the landscape the views are outstanding, and the house itself is beautiful. Avril and Ian are charming and knowledgeable hosts. They can advise on everything from local restaurants to sightseeing. The breakfast choices and quality are second to none.
