Very important: during the summer weekends the community holds huge parties that go until 4:30am. We were there on a Saturday night and it was shockingly loud. Unbelievably loud. It is not the fault of the hotel as the city granted a permit for this event but music that loud until 4:30am was brutal. The beautiful grounds and wonderful, helpful staff.
Wished that the size of the double bed was bigger..They are too small to fit 2 adults comfortably. Plus the mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on
Half of the hotel and the restaurants, are located in a very beautiful old palace.. Our superior room was located in the new building, which does not match the charm and elegance of the old one.. Beautiful hotel over looking the beach. Very peaceful and relaxing. Great location, close to Vigo but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Always had a warm smile.
Beautiful property and grounds. Enjoyed a sea view room in the palace and loved the comfortable room and private terrace. Just outside the Bouzas neighborhood which was great to explore and within easy walking distance. Also very close to Maritime Museum which was very interesting. Too busy relaxing and exploring to enjoy the spa but their offerings look wonderful.
Liked it all.
