Love their ambiance and modern warm interior environment. My room was spacious and equipped with top necessities for traveler. The hotel breakfast buffet provided wide range of foods which i enjoyed the most staying on the hotel.
My room’s air conditioner makes low pitch squeak sound which make me hard to sleep on my first two nights

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is amazing as are the rooms. The gym is the best i've come across in a hotel and the pool which is a lap pool is exceptional.

Location is good, convenient access to shopping malls. Good specially in raining season!
All in the rooms were good, however found a strange smell in towels, not one day but the whole stay. They looked clean but a strange smell.
good breakfast, nice and cozy room, great proximity to major malls. having mbk next door meant easy access to food and money exchangers etc
bathroom sink was clogged initially. some peanuts from whoever was before were on the floor. they clearly didn't do a proper cleanup
The location was great next to the MBK shopping centre and the Airtrain.
Very convenient as it is close to the shops.
The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in any hotel!! The room and service was luxurious, the pool area was great too, quite big for a city centre pool area. Lots of additional facilities - you could even run around the running track which is on the roof of part of the hotel (not that I would in that heat!) It’s a big hotel but the staff were super friendly, food in the restaurants was also great....
