Pros (+) Everything was exceptional in particular the staff’s attentiveness. Everybody was at the top of their game trying to make our stay truly exceptional. The yurts are very luxurious and at the same time comfortable. The food is great and service very knowledgeable. Hikes well planned and guides experienced and knowledgeable about the terrain and the history of Patagonia and the park and very patient....
Cons (-) Nothing really.

Pros (+) Suited very well for hiking and as a base for the tours and trips outside. Staff is very attentive and takes care of you. They organised a private tour for us and the guide was great. The yurt was quite comfortable for this type of construction. It had everything needed for a short (overnight) stay. the mattress and bed size were very good. Patagonia Camp is high class luxury camping.
Cons (-) The concept is limited to being a camping base though high class camp base. The yurts close to the water (bugger room numbers) are more quiet and have better view for a lake. Also they have hot tube. I would recommend to spend on this option because wifi do not exist in the rooms and works badly even in public areas. So hot tube could become your only entertainment. As the bar and choice of drinks...

Pros (+) Everything!! Luxury yurts spectacular. The bed was so comfortable and the rain shower delightful after a long day of hiking. The view from the yurt was picture perfect. Amazing attention to detail in the design made you want to live in the yurt forever. Staff could not do enough for you.
Cons (-) Some of the hikes in the park were a long car drive. Very $$$$. But you get what you pay for as the stay is an amazing experience.

Pros (+) I don’t usually write reviews but I owe one to such an amazing place! Attentive staff who remembers you by name. High staff to guest ratio (75 staff vs 30-40 guests?) meaning you get high quality service, and staff that are truly happy. Very friendly and experienced guides, ones you actually want to stay in touch with. Food is fine fining standard. Tastefully designed yurts - if you want to avoid ...
Cons (-) Water temperature in the shower not always reliable, probably an issue that is universal to all properties in such a remote location. The location is not in the national park so it takes 1 hour approx to get to the trails, but it is acceptable for the serenity and exclusivity.

Pros (+) The staff was really nice! Went out of their way to make everything right and comfortable. Server Jorge was fantastic. The food was incredible, especially the cookies baked by the chef. Dinner was well worth the price tag. The stars were also very amazing at night.
Cons (-) The view wasn’t as good as imagined from pictures.
