Pros (+) At breakfast buffet there were different types of fruits which we liked. The bread was also good. The coffee was just black coffee. The pool was really good.
Cons (-) The food ordered at the pool was so bad, tasteless. We ordered quesadilla, it was not even a real quesadilla, no taste. We also ordered croquetta, no taste at all. Very disappointed. We could've gone to the coffee shop just outside the hotel to get a better food.

Pros (+) The location was decent. The staff was also nice.
Cons (-) I didn't like quite a few things. Overall this hotel should be rated as 3 stars, not 5. Here is my rationale: old interiors, noisy rooms (can hear everyone outside), safe deposit box dead, tiny gym with no ac, empty fridge and very few room service options, poor breakfast, very slow internet.

Cons (-) Definitely doesn't deserve the 5 stars. Neither the room, service or breakfast seems to be meet that high standard. Otherwise good amenities (indoor/outdoor pool and gym)

Pros (+) On the whole this was a good hotel, comfortable clean room and staff were excellent . It just isn’t 5 star but can’t complain for what we paid
Cons (-) Slightly dated , pool was dirty not helped by the fact that the tree above kept dropping leaves into it.

Pros (+) Loved the stylish entrance, the spacious & comfortable room, truly heated pool, restaurant services! Hotel is surrounded by a beautiful park, although it is located in the middle of a city! Very attentive and friendly staff!
