Pros (+) Location superb ,lots of activities ,staff were exceptional ,bedrooms very clean and comfortable
Cons (-) The food could have been better and I wasn't a fan of all the kids running around and jumping in and out of pools

Pros (+) Many beautiful walking trails. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. Dinners at the restaurants were excellent. Live music in the evening was a nice touch.

Cons (-) No cash was accepted in the hotel, can’t understand this concept? Bar closed at approximately 11.30 pm on 11/5/25 , what happened to residents wanting another drink after this, nothing was offered only told it’s closed ! No beer mats, no limes for bottles of corona, Wi-Fi not great in all parts of the hotel, when asked about getting breakfast in the room the following morning we were told to ring ...

Cons (-) We had booked a mountain view room and were given a room without a view. This was changed but we had to do it all our selves. There wasn't a porter ready and available. Also the following day we met somebody on the stairs going through the same problem

Cons (-) The beds are not very comfy, a little hard and the king bed we had was two bed put together with a fairly hard middle part and the two blankets were zipped together and really not comfy,

Pros (+) Location can't be beaten, just stunning when the sun is shining. We fely very lucky to be there on a hot sunny weekend. Hikes and trails onsite are fantastic, outdoor infinity pool was amazing.Staff all wonderful.
