Very impressed with the room - large and with a very large bathroom, felt expensively decorated and in very good condition.
I only had breakgast in the hotel but going from the reception area through a door into the bar/restaurant felt like going into a completely different establishment. This genuinely 4-star hotel seems to have a 1-star restaurant area, poorly decorated and in a fairly worn-out condition. The breakfast itself was okay but nothing great and the experience wasn't helped by the loud music playing.
Fantastic stay, very comfortable beds. Room and bathroom spotless.. Facilities were great.
Could do with more than 1 pillow my only complaint.

Clean, friendly and helpful.
They served me bacon in my breakfast when I am Muslim. I clearly stated on the breakfast sheet that I didn’t want any bacon. I guess a simple error but I was deeply annoyed.
The room and the location.
The noise coming from the venue below and I’d asked for. Quiet room due to having a long car journey and then getting up early the next day.
The spa was perfect for a chill weekend away.
