Pros (+) Was greeted by a smile from all of the professional staff. When no one for room service answered the phone, the kind person at reception contacted to return my call. It was very quiet and I had a very restful sleep.
Cons (-) On my reservation for a Classic Zimmer through Booking.com, it stated that there was a refrigerator in the room, but I didn’t find one. Not a huge issue and I didn’t ask at check-in or check-out.
