Fine Matterhorn view from my balcony (occasionally blocked by a construction crane), superb breakfast, beautiful and spacious suite, very friendly and responsive staff, and we were a quick stroll into old town and main street Zermatt.
some construction ongoing, but will soon be completed. Gornergrat cog railway right by hotel was audible, but didn't keep me awake
Thé great hospitality and very friendly staffs , room with nice balcony & Matterhorn mountain view . We were delighted to have a nice upgrade to the suite :) also, small attention to details makes the stay even better . We foresee this place would be perfect once the renovation is completed .
it was a little pity due to the construction , the crane actually blocks partial of Matterhorn view & the renovation starts early with some noises.
Very close to the train station I got the suite with the matterhorn view. Simply an amazing unit with unobstructed view. It has a balcony too Staff are very friendly and welcoming Their restaurants are great I just loved the whole stay
At the time of my stay, there was some renovations. Didnt like the cranes and the little noise Buy honestly when i booked, there was an immediate message by the hotel admin telling me of the renovations

Beds were a bit hard - but it is a matter of taste
This was our first trip to Zermatt. The Parkhotel Beau Site took care of us from the start. We had clear directions for transport to the hotel on arrival. The staff was very welcoming and the pool facility was great for my kids after a long day hike.
There was construction at the time of my stay and the crane was obstructing my view of the matterhorn

Excellent super friendly service! Every staff member was very nice, checked in on us, and we had no issues. The restaurant dinner was exceptional and the breakfast buffet splendid. Great location close to the train station with taxi service on site.
There is a major renovation going on all floors in the main building, which will really modernize the interior of the rooms. The guys are working from 7am to 6pm, so you will hear and see it, but the parts we liked outweigh this distraction.

What’s not to love! The location is amazing, the facilities are amazing. The staff fantastic. It the little attention to detail that really sets this place apart.
