Great hotel, great air conditioning, very helpful staff, very nice ambience and decor/architecture, the staff were very friendly and helped me with finding parking, good rooms as well, great after a summers day.
Not a problem with the property but the EV charger is operated by Ecotap. You cannot charge EV without an RFID tag. Most charging operators allow you to start charge using online website, but Ecotap makes it difficult to use it.

A beautiful, authentic building in a secluded location, ideal for a peaceful weekend getaway. Both breakfast and dinner at the hotel were excellent and thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were also very helpful. Will be coming back for sure.

Location is rather far from the office . The building that seems to got stuck in an industrial zone. Really a pity

The staff were great. I was upgraded to a suite, they were always helpful and supportive. The hotel was based in exactly the right place for visiting the Ruhr area.
They could have provided some comfortable chairs to relax on in what was a very pleasant garden.
