We had a pleasant stay at Park Plaza. The hotel was located just a 10mins walk to Wangfujing. We also liked that the hotel is in somewhat a secluded location and it wasnt as busy as some others at the main road. Service was friendly but could do more in terms of going the extra mile. Pros (+) Location is v near to subway. There is a nice bfast and food cafe, as well as a convenience store. Walking distance to shopping areas toi.
Cons (-) The room door is abit loud. Late at night and early morning could hear the door banging.

It's a decent hotel, breakfast ( buffet ) was good, a lot of choice. The hotel has Wifi , we found it at times not workable, the connection was at our stay a bit slow. Unfortunately the 5G reception in the hotel room was a bit poor. The room was nice, clean. If you like a bath .. wel it had a bath, I prefer the shower witch it ha to. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our stay in Beijing.

Pros (+) Location is convenient. Property is clean and staffs are very helpful.
Cons (-) Breakfast was below average. There were not sufficient items and very less variations. Everyday there was almost same menu. Coffee vending machine always serves cold coffee. Very less continental options. This is the only drawback of the hotel.

Staff named Amber was very helpful during the stay. Room was nice and clean. Getting around beijing was easy as this hotel is located right next to an underground station. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to beijing!
