The staff was very friendly and professional.
The room needs some reno work. Especially the bathroom. The bathtub drained very (indicating the drain was clogged) slowly. Signs of mold too. The A/C could not cool down the room below 24c. Carpet was stained.
Good hotel, well located. Room are comfy and personal is helpful. The free 24h laundry is a plus. A special thank to Joyice that was really nice and helped me with my credit card issue.

Excellent location. Plenty bus, subway. Restaurant, takeaway etc. Walking to forbidden. Thanks to Amber (front desk/reception) for outstanding customer service to help us to sort out everything. We definitely come back again.

We loved the facilities, especially the laundry room, which came with washer, dryer, detergent, softener. How thoughtful. This is so much more convenient than having an in-house laundry service, which is typically exorbitant and slow.
Nothing really... if only it were a tad closer to wangfujing, which is 15mins walk away.
Location was perfect in the heart of the city but not directly on a busy road which made transportation to all the Beijing attractions easy and quick! Hotel is clean and spacious with helpful and accommodating staff (if you speak mandarin). Concierge desk was particularly kind and helpful with ordering food in on a rainy night and loaning a wheelchair out for our day activities.
Staff spoke very little English or any other language than Mandarin Chinese making communication challenging for many foreign visitors. Also, there was a different rate that was initially charged on arrival and the Booking.com rate was not honored at check in but was later rectified.
Very nice and modern hotel. Very clean everywhere. Big and comfortable room. Bathroom ok. Good breakfast: nothing exaggerated, however more than enough choices to fuel up your day. Very kind staff: I asked at reception to have a different type of coffee than the one provided in the room, and they even brought to my room a new coffee machine (similar to Nespresso) with tasty coffee pods, that they ...
Only thing not ideal is that in my room type there was no walk in shower, and no shower box: shower is together with the bathtub. Is not a big issue, though.Read more
