Everything!! Love it! The staff, the breakfast, the location, the facilities! My kids love the kids club! Bianca and Victoria ( front desk) help us to arrange all our activities in Granvalira. It was amazing holidays. We want to come back! Highly recommend it!

Loved the rooms, the view, the decor, the friendly staff, the shuttle service to the gondola, ski lockers and equipment hire right beneath the hotel. This was our second time staying here, and it was excellent again. We stayed half board and the food was excellent, breakfast and dinner there was lots of choice. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and always happy to help. we took advantage of the shuttle bus to the gondola, which makes getting to the slopes easy. We will be back again next year

Clean, food was excellent, ski facilities in hotel were great.
We booked a quadruple room and it was very small and far too small for 4 people (2 adults and 2 teenage children). It felt that they’d only market this room for 4 at peak periods as they weren’t able to provide 4 chairs for the balcony as apparently there were no spare chairs anywhere in the hotel -we only had two for the 5 nights we stayed. One of the best hotel services I’ve ever experienced. I traveled alone for skiing in March (late season). Staff is super nice and kind in general, showing a great attention to details. From the warm welcoming at front desk, to the amenities (water, coffee and chocolate) offered every evening by the room service. I would just suggest that I expected from a 5-star hotel to have the spa facilities (pool, sauna, gym) to be included in the price, charging only for treatments.Read more
Great location, excellent and friendly staff. Comfortable rooms and facilities. Easy to rent the ski equipment at the hotel, and the kids Club was a plus. We would like to come back!
Perhaps the only downside was the bathroom. Ours had a small bathtub without a proper shower head- just the shower hose- the water flow was a bit weak. As a result, the shower experience felt underwhelming, with occasional fluctuations in water temperature.

No heating regulation in the room... heating system is broken... and staff can't repair...
Very beautiful hotel with all the facilities you can expect from a five star hotel. Excellent customer service, food is amazing, and several restaurants on site. Kids club is an added bonus and exceeds expectations. Lyn from the kids club is an asset for the hotel. The transfer to the gondola and back gives you no waiting time. A top hotel in Andorra.
