Very classic hotel, in an old villa, very nice ambiance
Staff warmth, charm and helpfulness was amazing. Elegant building and grounds. A singularly amazing breakfast experience. The bedroom was large and well- appointed and the bathroom palatial. This hotel is in a great location for accessing Florence without being in the mob of tourists. Parking is easy, free and protected- a big bonus for us!

We love the little Lane down to Ponte Vecchia. it’s steeper than I remembered, on the other hand I am 15 years older.
Great quiet location just outside the city, but walkable. Charming rooms and great staff!!
We came to Italy for our honeymoon. Choosing to stay here was absolutely the best decision. The lush green surroundings, delicious breakfast, and friendly service all left a deep impression on me. The room had exceptionally high ceilings and was very spacious, with elegant classical furniture. If we return to Florence, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

Everything was AMAZING... I was not expecting such a breathtaking surrounding, the nature was extraordinary, and having a meal in the garden and on balcony, you feel like royal. Also, the parking was available at the hotel, and the best part, it is really close to the city center, you can go for a walk in wonderful ambience.

It is outside the centre of town but with in reasonable commute by bus so location turns out to be good for us.
We were given room in annex so you miss out on real grandeur part of the building. We are not sure what could be basis to house guests in main part or in the annex. Annex is noisy at night road noise and guests wandering due to many rooms cramped in next to each other. Room was comfortable with bed and linen. Mini bar and tea coffee with kettle.
