Pros (+) Breakfast was good particularly when the hotel offered something Bacolod is famous for - like Piaya. I also liked the fact that they explained what it is made of.

Cons (-) I tried ordering coffee through room service in the morning but the reception said they can’t until 12noon, although she said she will try to ask if it’s possible. Somebody from F&B called me back to my room asking me to explain why i want my coffee delivered to the room lol that was weird
