Pros (+) The staff are extremely courteous. And I would like to single out Arzo at the front office. The smile the kindness the professionalism she displayed is 5 stars. Location is amazing. Great restaurant and shopping around the hotel.

Pros (+) The staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfast was great, and room cleanliness and amenities were fantastic. The hotel is a lovely neighbourhood.
Cons (-) We could hear the noises from the adjacent room or the room above. (Sound insulation is poor.). We had dinner at the famous "Nusr-Et" Restaurant on the hotel premises. It was very disappointing, tasteless, and way too expensive for what you got. I did not like that I had to pay for the on-site car park, around $55 a day.

Pros (+) The hotel is situated in a nice neighbourhood and had the great advantage of hosting the excellent NusrEt and Cipriani restaurants right inside, so you can avoid the dreadful Istanbul traffic. The room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed and the spa facilities were good quality. The staff was very nice on every interaction. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.
Cons (-) The room, the lobby and the breakfast salon have a bit of an outdated feeling, the decor is not really top notch. However, by comparison to many other 5 star Istanbul hotels, it seems this is the level of design to be expected.

Pros (+) Friendly staff, clean and modern. Gave us a cake to celebrate our upcoming wedding with beautiful sweets too and a lovely card.
