Pros (+) We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel located in a quiet area but still very central. The restaurants served high-quality meals. And the last one, but the most important - the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially Ms. Aishwaraya🌷and Ms. Mariam👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Pros (+) This is a hotel where you feel like you are in paradise. All the staff provide the highest service, anticipating your expectations. Everything is amazing, beautiful, clean, neat, harmonious, friendly, hospitable, fresh and delicious. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel.
Cons (-) Possibility of earlier guest check-in. Check-in at 15:00 is not very convenient.

Cons (-) The family pool was full, and they do reservations for outside groups and say we can’t able to give you access to the pool. This is the first time for me that they do reservations for outside group and said to the guest-in sorry.
