Pros (+) Extremely courteous caring staff and personalized approach. Zola,Ravi and Santosh were the few to be mentioned among the entire staff! All the restaurants are very good with options that cater to all ages and tastes. The pool on the terrace is very well maintained.

No qualms, you get what you pay for. Staff are well-spoken, kind and helpful. Their drivers even said they are taken care of well by the management - which is so heartwarming to hear. Stayed here through our previous visits in Chennai and will just stick to this hotel in the future too. Big thanks for taking care of us and our baby boy!

Pros (+) Breakfast was awesome with many choices. Very competent staff at Brasserie, very kind and helpful, special thanks to Tanamay, Rahul and Chef Murugan. Rooms were very clean, wonderful housekeeping team.
