asked for early check in at 9:30am came back at 3:45pm to find my luggage out at the lobby still and the check in had not even been made. room was not ready and i stated i wanted to cancel since nothing had been done. the manager was very rude and spoke to me very disrespectfully. i asked him to calm down and sit down and he advised he wouldn't. i would NEVER stay here again. staff is unfriendly a...Read more
Excellent location, slope-side and very close to the village. Rooms were clean and comfortable, although housekeeping was very hit and miss. The hotel has a nice large pool and 5 hot tubs. Overall the hotel was quite impersonal, which became worse as our stay progressed, mainly due to the number of guests arriving. Although the hotel was a lovely place to be in, the common areas were not big enough to accommodate everyone as the hotel filled up. 8100 restaurant staff was terrible in every way. Kitchen under staffed. Front of house not trained, seemed lost and confused....unprofessional. Food and drinks were not good. Gave them a second chance for breakfast the next day....still terrible!

Food, old elevators, dated rooms, too crowded, slow service, too loud.
Location!! Staff very friendly and helpful, Spa and Athletic facilities great, quality breakfast buffet (not included but amazingly good.) Wait staff very nice. Hotel and rooms beautifully decorated and clean.
Re: breakfast (7a asked if could sit in main room with windows, hostess said 'no'.. not unless more in party. 100% of the main room tables were unoccupied. I was seated at a 2 top next to a couple less than airline legroom away. Awkward w empty room.
The location the Concierge staff were excellent.
disappointed that the main lobby area has been taken over by a big central bar - NOT family friendly any more. clearly chafing a different market now. a dog constantly barking all day in a room across the hall- very poor response by staff to deal with the noise. front desk staff a bit hopeless as usual.
I love the food, service, the cleanliness of the hotel, the atmosphere and the amenities.
The hidden fees, like valet and over priced spa.
Great amenities, superior service.
In house Restaurant was slow.
