Pros (+) Location and room are excellent.
Cons (-) Deficiency of hospitality. No doorman at the entrance, I pick up my luggage from taxi by myself. No smile and greeting with reception staff. At breakfast, most of dishes I took including soup and porridge are not hot, just warm. These “cool” service are disappointing.

Some weird quirks: - smoke detector, some other sensor in the ceiling, and Bluetooth plug in desk flash bright blinking lights all night, which was incredibly irritating - I’m 5”10, and my legs would swing like a child’s from the very high-mounted toilet - climate control cooled the room, but still always felt damp - under-equipped gym that was full of mosquitoes for some reason Probably not worth...

Check the room refrigerator, mine was filthy and had tons of molds. Molds are very dangerous, if you inhale it and it sticks to your lungs, you can get very sick. And it’s hard to get rid of. Be careful.

The hotel offered some sanctuary from the crowded streets of Bangkok yet is was near enough to all the must-go-to-places. Rooms were spacious and amenities wrecked great. The only “negative” part is that the bed is a tad bit softer than I like. Hotels should offer choices of firm mattresses :)
