Pros (+) In a busy area, very accessible by foot and public transport. Has a decent restaurant as well. Staff were wonderful and great service.
Cons (-) The views on the north side of the building aren’t the greatest.

Pros (+) Room was newly renovated. Bed was comfortable. Hardware in the room were quality and quite hi-tech. Staffs were helpful during check in and when I asked for directions.

Pros (+) The convenience of the hotel is close to a lot of shops and restaurants and MTR. The staff was amazing and friendly I was able to get the room I had the previous year that was so cool. The view from my room was amazing I hope I can get that room again. I can't wait to get back next year.

Pros (+) Convenient, clean, friendly staff, fast check-in and check-out. Nice rooms, perfect for a short stay. The front desk even helped me translate to the taxi driver at one point whilst I was on the way somewhere because of some confusion on my part. They were super helpful and I can’t thank them enough for helping me out.
