Pros (+) Location was great , breakfast was ok at the first morning, the mornings after few of the products were gone ( like filter coffee and so…)
Cons (-) No sound proof at all , you can here every noise in the room , one night a group of people were walking in the room upstairs we actually thought they were in ours , family room is down at the basement ( half floor under) . most of the workers don’t know how to speak English

Pros (+) I LOVED the staff, food wasn’t good, our room wasn’t comfortable there was a motion light which went on with any movement and that was waking me up each time my husband used the restroom! And there was a very bad smell at nights in our room

Pros (+) It’s very close to the motorway. Half an hour ish drive from Florence. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice.
