Very good quality of breakfast and the food in the resataurant was simply outstanding. Lovely Pool. The location was fabulous with only 10 minutes walk to the station to visit Cinque Terre

Staff was very friendly and helpful and everything was super clean up to the highest standard one could wish for! Would recommend to anyone who would like to stay in Cinque Terre area! The swimming pool and spa is great way to relax after morning walk!
Extremely friendly and helpful personel. Hotel is greatly situated towards train station to visit Cinque Terre. The restaurant, breakfast and diner were excellent.
Very nice hotel, large room and clean facilities. Very easy to ask for transfers (granted it wasn’t busy!).
Not overly comfortable, little pricey and breakfast options were extra charge.. it was also way up the hill, so you need to transfer every time you want to do anything.
Great location for visiting Cinque Terre. Hotel has a shuttle bus to and from the train station. Staff was very friendly. Fabio and Frankie deserve special praise for their service and professionalism. Secure location with excellent parking. We enjoyed a lovely walk in downtown Levanto and along the waterfront after a busy day in Cinque Terre.
Staff went out of their way to be nice to us during every encounter! Rooms were spacious and clean with all of the amenities we would expect in US. Pool was also a plus.
Convenience - Shuttle bus was available to transport you to and from the train station or downtown, but walking was straight up hill (not recommended).

Loved the staff, very kind and accommodating, Quick with recommendations and assistance. Asked for room service on balcony, and it was accommodated promptly.
Felt hotel needs updating on furniture and overall decor. I would put as 3 star property. Restaurant bar seating very outdated faux leather chairs and not comfortable. Odd DJ stand set up in bar with Video of property on repeat. A bit odd. Not sure why outdoor patio at breakfast not utilized as would have been nicer view. The hotel is in perfect place and the staff is wonderful and very friendly we were enjoying very much and be glad to come back again to the hotel
