Very nice place surrounded by garden. Great accommodation and customer service. Delicious meals in restaurant and free parking with easy access to Venice by bus just next to the hotel. I can just confirm all positive reviews I read before I booked.

Fantastic experience and all recommendations! Reception desk staff makes the difference with politeness, they helped with all the information needed. Great parking place in front of the hotel. Spacious and very clean bedroom. Very easy reachable location with public transport just in front of the doors. Very calm neighbourhood area with restaurants and markets in walking distance.
We were traveling by car so this hotel was the perfect choice because it has free parking. The location of the hotel Is perfect in our opinion. Extremely easy to reach to. A very important thing is the fact that in front of the hotel is the bus station. DIRECT line to Venice. You can buy bus tickets and vaporetto tickets from the hotel reception....so ...
