This place is a MUST STAY! The scenic view, the grandeur of the hotel, the warm welcoming staff and the excellent breakfast spread...everything was beyond expectations! Everything. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely go back when I have the chance.
A bit pricey but it’s all worth it
The design and size of the room was really good. The breakfast was exceptional, and the breakfast views were therapeutic.
There were little facilities to enjoy in the hotel as we were there for a ski trip where there are no outdoor activities after the sun goes down.
The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable. The hotel offered a very pleasant stay at a convenient location. Breakfast was awesome and delicious. Hotel staffs are extremely helpful and hospitable.
They could have included Indian Breakfast as well

The hotel was fantastic. Staff are friendly and helpful. Especially Emran (if I remember correctly). The pool was nice, the play area also. There is a bus that takes you to the Zirve hotel where you can ski/snowboard. The breakfast buffet was pretty good.
The room was cold at first but they came quickly and fixed the heater. The plates in the restaurant should be cleaned better.

Allot of amenities, structure of the hotel , Good spa , really nice sauna , easy access to Skiing
The Service is really not upto standard we booked room for 3 people the extra bed was not provided until evening after multiple calls, same for extra towels . Basically any service you call for expect it to be slow and they might even forget about it not upto standard for a resort rated so high

They made us pay for a year kid, this is in-spite of booking a large room with balcony. They mentioned extra bed would be provided and we must pay extra amount. Room was not big enough to accommodate an extra bed. Often stay here, but this last time it was not as I expected, regarding the breakfast, I was waiting in hall before getting the room keys maybe 30 mins or more with my family, waiting of solving the payment issue.
