Pros (+) Elegant furnishings, neutral decor, really friendly staff, very clean and well-kept. Breakfast staff very friendly and understanding even if we were a bit late eating breakfast. Really good and varied food selection at breakfast! All in all, this is a very nice hotel in an excellent location in Mariehamn. Highly recommended.
Cons (-) Lumpy pillows and not able to fasten twin beds into a double one, so they kept gliding apart.

Pros (+) We loved everything. It was close to everything in downtown Mariehamn. The rooms were modern and well kept. The breakfast was excellent. But what sets this hotel apart is the staff. We arrived on a ferry at 7:00AM and though our checkin wasn’t until 3PM they were kind enough to give us an early check-in. And on departure our ferry was leaving at 2:20PM so they gave us a late check out. It was wint...

Pros (+) Very nice property in the center of town, an easy walk from the ferry and close to other points of interest. Excellent breakfast. Very welcoming staff. I only stayed one night and wish I had stayed longer.
