Restaurant food quality was brilliant, and staff friendly. The rooftop location was well designed and comfortable
Room doors slamming, level floor has the staff welfare room so you hear the door opening and closing constantly with a lot of talk in the corridors. The glazing is not thick enough to isolate the street noise. People like to rev their engines in Yerevan.
Amazing location with really spacious and clean rooms
Amazing location in centre of Yerevan. Great staff. Amazing breakfast buffet with incredible rooftop view of Mount Ararat.

It was central, great restaurants around, friendly staff, good breakfast
The bathroom could do with a bit of an upgrade. Still has those really old hairdryers. We were not advised the tour we selected was ideally for winter, so we ended up spending €200 for a tour guide and a driver to a place that we could only view a church before the main attraction.
The staff were exceptional as was the food
Very good staff at the reception desk. Friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Great location. Room Size was good. Drinking-Water provision in the room also very good Food Quality of BF good
Rooms not sound proof. We could here every word from the neighbouring room. BF-Buffet closed at 1min before 10.30. They could not wait to literally sweep away everything so they could stop their shift. English language skills very poor amongst the staff in the BF Room.
Location was perfect. Staff were excellent
If I had to say one thing the a/c was a bit noisy and did t really work very well but this did not affect our stay.
