It’s just stunning. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and what they did do was always with a smile. We only stayed one night in a suite room which was on the front. I didn’t want to leave. I could have looked at that view for weeks!! Food was beautiful too and whilst the price meant we could only afford a night it was an amazing experience.
Nothing not to like
Everything really! The rooms are spacious and clean with a breathtaking view to lakeugano. We booked the suit with a separate living room and a kitchenet. The resourt is big, has many facilities and is well maintained. We stayed at May and it was very quite, not too many guests and no families with kids. The staff is very warm and attending. Parco san Marco, just on the lake of Lugano, a few km from the Swiss border, has grown to a really nice resort with excellent service and great location with magnificient views of the lake. Our suite had very comfortable beds and pillows. The Michelin restaurant is well worth a visit!
Very clean and fully equipped
Absolutely amazing personnel & service - kind, attentive, helpful, friendly and always with a smile. Stunning location & scenery. Ton of things to do with kids. We loved our stay and will be back.
While breakfast was delicious & diverse, lunch & dinner variety as well as quality could be better. We didn’t like the food to be frank - neither the taste, nor presentation. Pity. Otherwise everything was superb.

On the lake with great views! Great restaurants, pools and activities. Kids said it was their favorite place we’ve ever stayed in.
A tiny but far from train station so not the best for seeing other places but great if you just want to relax and enjoy your stay without leaving much.
Everything was exceptional in every sense. I can’t recommend the resort highly enough.
