Very clean and fully equipped
Absolutely amazing personnel & service - kind, attentive, helpful, friendly and always with a smile. Stunning location & scenery. Ton of things to do with kids. We loved our stay and will be back.
While breakfast was delicious & diverse, lunch & dinner variety as well as quality could be better. We didn’t like the food to be frank - neither the taste, nor presentation. Pity. Otherwise everything was superb.

On the lake with great views! Great restaurants, pools and activities. Kids said it was their favorite place we’ve ever stayed in.
A tiny but far from train station so not the best for seeing other places but great if you just want to relax and enjoy your stay without leaving much.
Everything was exceptional in every sense. I can’t recommend the resort highly enough.
The whole concept - the hotel layout was clever. It is a large hotel but it never felt it. The staff were all wonderful and the service was excellent. We had a bad a/c unit and first night but Reception moved us straight away and could not have been kinder. We ate three times in the family restaurant with a nightly changing menu which was always delicious and the breakfasts are amazing. the adults...

After a few days on Lake Como and a last minute change of plans for our next stop we landed up at Parco San Marco. It was a wonderful, serendipitous, beautiful few days on Lake Lugano. Arguably more beautiful, without all the tourist craziness of Como. The staff made our family feel at home and our kids not want to leave. The staff were outstanding, friendly and helpful. The room and resort have fantastic views. The room was large but it’s not furnished luxuriously , it’s practical and functional, a bit like a Premier Inn.
I didn’t like being charged €20 a day parking, it’s like asking customers to pay to visit a supermarket . They have a captive audience, so therefore they charge top prices for EVERYTHING, drinks in the bar, dinner in the numerous restaurants, and even €45 to visit the adults only spa ! Really .
