The staff are insanely friendly and helpful here, the room was spacious and the bed incredibly comfortable, the food and drinks are also both good value and an interesting selection of traditional Spanish food with a modern twist
It was a little hot during my stay, both in the room and common areas so not sure I would stay there in summer!

Place was beautiful- especially restaurant.
The location while central - is surrounded by a bunch of guys all hanging around. It did not feel safe to leave the property - especially at night after seeing this area to the parking. It felt like we were stranded in a beautiful looking prison with the inmates all outside. Would not go back to Lleida or this property again .

The hotel itself is quite luxurious. The restaurant is absolutely fabulous. A brilliant chef whose every dish was delicious and Michelin star quality without feeling like it was too artsy or too pretentious. And the restaurant is in the former church part of the convent which, like the rest of the building, is beautifully restored. Very pleasant staff!!!
The strange part of this hotel is that it is in a somewhat "struggling" neighborhood - lots of seasonal workers hanging around with apparently nothing to do and walking around making it feel somewhat unwelcoming at times.
